DIRTY CHEATING BAS&#%@

Tue Dec 02, 2014 10:31 pm

Leeds are currently in crisis mode following the Football League's decision to bar Masimmo Cellino from owning the club.

But midfielder Adryan has drawn even more attention to the club for another reason.

“After being caught by Rams midfielder Derby midfielder Jonny Russell the Flamengo loanee decided to flop and roll about like a fish out of water”

The 20-year-old, who is currently on loan from Brazilian side Flamengo, made the most ridiculous attempt to win a free-kick in United's 2-0 victory over Derby County on Saturday.

After being caught by Rams midfielder Jonny Russell, the Flamengo loanee decided to flop and roll about like a fish out of water.

His outrageous antics got Russell a yellow card, but in the process earned the youngster a lot of enemies, who may look to teach the United star a lesson or two when it comes to playing fair.

I don't know which one is worse, Adryan, on Saturday, or Suarez, last season versus Norwich

the derby player followed through studs up on his foot, a very poor challenge.

the leeds player then thought in order to make sure he was punished, he needs to writhe around as if he's in agony.

i wouldn't go as far as saying "made the most ridiculous attempt to win a free-kick". there was clear, studs up contact on his foot that caused him to fall to the ground. if i did that to you, you'd be on the floor crying like a 5 year old. but don't let that get in the way of a good story.

It's a clear foul, but that flop at the end is 1 of the worst things I've seen on a football pitch

it was gamesmanship, but "outrageous antics"? "1 of the worst things I've seen on a football pitch" ? i think you need to get some perspective.

the leeds player didnt injure anyone, he was trying to get the derby player sent off when the derby player could have easily injured him.

It is blatant cheating and something the FA should be looking at and doing something to stamp it out, I would be saying the same thing if it was 1 of our players. His reaction was a worse offence than the original foul IMO.

All this diving and rolling around needs to be sorted out

I think you need to look at that again if you think that was studs up.

The initial going down under the tackle isn't the issue. It was a foul and I don't have an issue really if players go down after a foul (even if they could stay on their feet).

The issue is the ridiculous "salmon leap" he does afterwards. He went down, rolled around a little, and then to make sure the ref saw him go down he gets up and then throws himself to the floor again. Totally disgusting in my opinion and I really think the FA should be able to take action against players retroactively in cases like this.

Players pretending to be shot, deserve a bullet.

Surprised he got up after that. The way he rolled around I thought he must have broken his leg in at least 100 places.
