Our squad is way too big, you can't get a decent team spirit/ethic when you have so many expensive players who don't play. More important to get rid of the, and get a decent unit with good back up. That's what works in this league.

As much as Slade is out of his depth though Tan even more so. If we sack Slade he will pick another idiot to manage us. Tan was not at the game so he can sell up and never to be seen again.
