Average two points per match under slade, solid and put bodies on the line. Fans were superb all match, crisis? What crisis?? Great away performace but no doubt some will want a 4-0!! My record away is impeccable!! Well done ccfc!

Got to admit this result is a surprise to me. May it continue.
I was quite surprised how we kept the likes of Deeney quiet. The biggest improvement since Slade came in is the defence. It is now looking like the Bolton game was a bit of a blip than the normal. Just now need the strikers putting the ball away now.

You are correct, turner and Morrison were superb and Brayford! Connolly did his job and fabio was more defensive than usual when he came on. Surprised? I want daehli etc like the rest of you but as I pointed out yesterday, slades stats don't lie! Maybe some should start taking note!

A solid settled defence always has to be the first step in building a successful team. I believe that is falling into place. We need a little more domination in midfield and I'm sure the confidence will improve and we have the strikers to score the goals. A great result today to shut up the misery merchants. Keep it up City!

Couldn't agree more, two clean sheets in two away games! And your right if midfield was stronger we would push on! We will improve
