we must stop it.........NOW!

Tue Nov 25, 2014 9:52 pm

A worrying trend is becoming more and more apparent at the club.

Malky falls out with tan and is pursued by Tan, Ole is sacked and is apparently also being pursued by Tan. Slade is told who can \ can't play apparently by Tan, and will no doubt be pursued by Tan when he leaves.

Players are allegedly forced into the academy teams and \ or completely ignored by first team at the instruction of Tan.

Club tradition rejected because 'he likes red'. Fans are taunted and ignored as is our clubs history, lifelong fans conpletely allienated, again by Tan.

It gets worse and worse doesn't it - when does this end?

A vendictive, egomanical bully. A bully that needs to be stopped before its too late. He is running rampage through our club, as some feared he would the day he first mentioned his intentions of a red rebrand. Many stood by and watched, blinded by the lure of the PL. That was a massive mistake, but its done, we have to move on now, and we have to do anything necessary to reclaim our clubs dignity.

A final message to true Cardiff city fans - if you care about this club, you have to act now. We have to work together and find ways to get the club back.

The answer? I don't know, something- anything has to be done. Protests, boycott's, refusal to renew, walkouts, burn the red shirts for all I care, but we have to act now. We need leaders, we need suggestions, but most importantly we need action.

I completely agree with you. However the only way to stop this is to drive Tan out and far too many fans are fearful in doing this. We are letting Tan destroy this club. It must stop. I for one will not be renewing if a) Tan is still in charge or b) we are Red.

Completely agree let's stop sitting around twiddling our thumbs. Something needs to be done and it needs to be something big and well supported. Our club is slowly dying and the longer it goes on the worst it's going to get.

One answer.....sing our hearts out at every game to support the team, each bring a friend to fill the stadium enabling the cash to be available to push for the Premier League...because only when we are in the Premier League will Tan sell up and leave our club. You can organise all the protests and boycotts that you like but I don't think that Tan will take any notice and will not leave our club until he has a chance of getting his money back

Way too late. We as a fan base have scrambled around looking for excuses not to back any campaign and have had chance after chance after chance to oust Tan. It now looks like we are doing it for all the wrong reasons, if we had stayed up and doing well nobody would care again.

It's getting beyond now, hardly anyone who cares left going? No atmosphere at all, dictator in total control with his blinkered views, abysmal football. How people who can still support Tan sleep at night I just don't know....I would rather we start again in the dungeon than carry on like this....

I've never understood why there's no appetite for a coordinated walkout as the Blackpool fans did ? It's important to try everything :bluescarf:

Agreed. I have no fear at all about the dungeon - let's be fair, we have been there before. Not a great prospect, but far far better than this alternative we are stuck with at the club right now. Some may shoot us down for saying we would rather be in the dungeon with our club back, but they are probably those that have turned up within the last ten years and know nothing apart from the championship and premier league football. Ask Portsmouth fans now - since the financial issues they have had, they are probably just as passionate and create a great atmosphere at their games now. Maybe even more so considering the uncertainty they faced due to previoua mis-management. Its not about the number of fans - its about the pride and passion of the fans that do attend.

I fear too many go purely for a connection to football and NOT for a connection to Cardiff City. This is why many die hards no longer go, because this is not their club anymore. This club is a stranger to me right now...it has the same name, but that's it. And let's be fair, if the league would let him, that would be gone also!

If you are a Cardiff City supporter you are a bluebird - end of story, the day you first attended a game, you signed up for that whether you wanted to or not. And it is your responsibility to defend that against all comers, Vincent Tan included.

In my eyes, anyone that will not defend what it means to be a bluebird should be ashamed, and should go and watch someone else because they obviously don't give a shit about the club that I do, and many others do.

Can anyone that's been around pre championship remember us questioning our atmosphere and the fans passion? The odd occasional game perhaps, but generally we were know throughout football as a passionate and rowdy bunch that created an atmosphere wherever we went. NOBODY can say we have that now. Whether winning or losing we sang from the time we arrived in a town until the time we left in those days. May have been smaller in numbers but beat the new breed hands down for atmosphere. I welcome all new fans - the more the better, but please be a real fan or don't bother.

Many are right, that more should have been done earlier, but this is where we are now, we can't change the past, but we can change NOW. We can affect the future of this club. If we don't, more and more bluebirds will leave to be replaced by passionless fans and Cardiff city will be forever red (or dead) because there will be no one left to fight for our club. We have to act now. We have a choice - act or do nothing. Remember your responsibilities as a bluebird. If you feel no responsibility then you are NOT a bluebird.

Passion and fire my arse!! Lock Vincent Tan in a room with a genuine long term bluebird and he will see passion and fire!
