My View
If Sian Matheson is bored of all this, then why write another story on it?
So far after reading her last 5 reports, I honestly dont know who she supports and if she does know anything about City??
Malky Mackay saga continues to drag Cardiff City's name through the mud

Textgate scandal shoule be left in the hands of FA so the Bluebirds can move on to trying to climb the Championship table
I don’t know about anyone else, but I am getting increasingly bored of the Malky Mackay textgate saga.
It was back in August when it was first revealed former Bluebirds gaffer Mackay had exchanged racist, sexist and homophobic text messages with ex-head of recruitment Iain Moody whilst the duo were at Cardiff.
And with Mackay’s appointment at Championship rivals Wigan last week, the furore still refuses to die down.
Don’t get me wrong, there is simply no place for racism, sexism or homophobia in society full-stop, let alone football!
But it saddens me that every time Mackay is mentioned, Cardiff City is dragged back through the mud by association.
Yes, textgate happened during his reign at the Bluebirds, but don’t forget, Cardiff are on their second manager since Mackay, who himself parted company with the club a year ago next month.
And, while I have every degree of sympathy for Vincent Tan on this issue, I really wish he would just not bite in the press when it comes to Mackay.
Cardiff’s owner has every right to still feel betrayed, offended and angry at Mackay, as do the fans.
Indeed Tan was perfectly correct to kick the Scot out of Cardiff City after all that was endured behind the scenes.
But I really think he should draw a line under the affair instead of adding fuel to the recent Wigan fire, blasting both Mackay and chairman Dave Whelan ‘racists’ three months on from the initial allegations which stemmed from Mackay’s time at Cardiff.
In the words of that annoying song from the animated movie Frozen, I wish he would just ‘Let It Go’ before it starts affecting the Bluebirds’ on-pitch form.
For the good of the club, Mackay textgate needs to be left in the hands of the FA so we can all just move on as a club.
Besides, after Dave Whelan’s anti-Semitic comments last week, it seems Mackay’s new boss is perfectly capable of stirring up further hornets nests all by himself.
What on earth was Whelan thinking with his offensive quotes? Was he was trying to divert the flack from his new manager?
Whatever he was thinking, with the FA now looking at his comments too, the pair appear to be a perfect partnership, all they need do now is sign convicted rapist Ched Evans and Wigan will have the media’s full set of football’s current controversial figures.
But, for Tan to wade in with his tuppence worth on the Wigan duo therefore re-establishing the link with Cardiff City, is there really any need for it?
I do also feel strongly that the FA must take responsibility for their part in all this.
While I appreciate it is a complex matter sifting through all the texts and email evidence Tan’s dossier on Mackay provided, surely by dragging their heels over the investigation is only making matters worse?
And, while it was inevitable sooner or later Mackay would land another management job in British football, surely Whelan is foolish to employ Mackay while there was an ongoing FA investigation anyway?
In fact, Mackay being appointed while the investigation is ongoing, makes a mockery of the FA’s credibility over potential charges in the first place.
I have no doubt Mackay could actually do a good job on the pitch at Wigan, but should he have even been given the opportunity to start with?
In fact, who is to say that once the FA do finally announce their findings, it is possible Mackay’s position at the Latics will be untenable anyway. All in all it is a farce which keeps resurfacing and dragging Cardiff City through the mud.
And this situation would not have arisen yet again had the FA, and indeed PFA and LMA by association, fast-tracked their original investigation into Mackay.
The sooner the FA completes the investigation, the sooner everyone can just completely move on one way or another.
The beautiful game is meant to be, well just that, but off-pitch controversies are bound to mar any action on it.
Both players and fans can’t help but be affected in my opinion and that was certainly the case for me on Friday night in Cardiff’s home tie against Reading.
The atmosphere against the Royals should have been one of anticipation and excitement at the return of domestic football after the international break.
But, even though rain may well have played a small part, I felt the crowd was fairly subdued and anxious.
On the pitch, it was a poor game not helped by the referee who failed to stamp his authority on the match and some decisions were just farcical.
Even at 2-0 up the nerves could be sensed around the Cardiff City Stadium and it was no shock that 10-man Reading scored to provide fans with an extremely nervous final 10 minutes.
But, at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how ugly the win, just as long as results are picked up. And that was another vital three points ahead of Saturday’s road trip to Watford.

I agree with some of her comments. I think we should let the FA sort out any issues with Malky, and that Tan should concentrate on the football club and forget about Malky, instead of continually stirring things up. I would have thought this club has enough on it's plate without concerning themselves with Wigan or their manager.

Exactly Annis so why write another story.. Stupid woman who's dragging it up again...? I think u just have..
It's only dragged up again because of Malkys appointment at Wigan and the fact that Dave Whelan is of the same opinion.. I must also state it's the sheer fact that the FA have been so slow in their investigation and deal with the matter..
I agree we are now on our second manager so as you say let's move on a year has passed
We have to unite somehow as a club and as supporters and support Slade and the boys.. 4points off the playoffs and after all the nonsense going on over the last year I would've taken that at the start of the season as it was clear Oe was struggling

Look at the difference between the FA and the NBA in America. It may have been a dubious recording of something said to his girlfriend but the NBA quickly acted and barred his involvement forcing him to sell his club. Meanwhile the FA are still pondering, wondering how they can keep them both in a job without admitting that the FA is as bad as FIFA. Football is light years behind other sports world wide in it's administration.
