' FA Confirm Ban for Ben Nugent '

Monday 24th Nov 2014

Yeovil Town will be without central defender Ben Nugent next weekend, after the Football Association confirmed his suspension for passing through five bookings on Saturday. The Cardiff City loanee will miss the home League One fixture against Preston North End as an automatic one match penalty, having been penalised for a first half foul by referee Stuart Attwell. Nugent had actually managed a stay of execution for five games, with his fourth booking having come during the October 18th home match against Swindon Town, but was unlikely to make it as far as the December 31st cut-off point.

His place in the side will almost certainly be taken by Crystal Palace loanee Ryan Inniss, who picked up a training ground injury that lost him his place in the side after the Rochdale home match, having made three appearances. Since then he has been available for selection, but has been denied a place due to Football League rules preventing clubs from fielding more than five loan players in a single matchday squad. With Nugent now out for one game, he should find his way back into the team.

Thought this guy look promising when he made it into the first team.

It is not very comforting to see all these guys making their way to the first team only to be shipped out and never return.

Looked good for a few games but he then struggled, I would think he will be released as long as Malky & co didnt give him to bigger contract

Scored on his debut and came through the academy, a wet dream for some fans to overrate him just for them reasons.
