Watford Change System

We are away Saturday against a good Watford side. We have really struggled away this season and against poor sides, a big reason for this is our system I think and that 4-4-2 away hasn't worked for us and we have lost the battle in midfield and got bullied and can't take control of the game.
Against Birmingham we was lucky to come away with a point but that won't happen at Watford because they the quality to punish us and if we make no changes I see Watford beating us convincingly maybe by 3 goals..
I would go 4-5-1 or 4-2-3-1 however you want to look at it and try and control this game in midfield.

Now I know Macheda has taken some stick and fair enough he hasn't done a lot lately but I've put him in because I think him and ravel would link up better and he offers better movement and finishing that Jones as a lone striker. But there's an argument for Jones and could try him there by all means.

Instead of Macheda. Better movement and Ravel will find him. Manga for Morrison yes. I would be happy playing 4-2-3-1 home and away. Could play Dhaeli instead of Pilkington.

I don't think Slade has the ability to play another formation, it's his speciality
