Watford coming up. Although getting a beating this weekend, they are different level to previous challenges.
Slade has been very stubborn on formation and personnel, but surely even him will have to think this through.
No doubt it will be very difficult going 4-4-2 on this one with the same personell. IMO this is a game that force change in tactics, and it's very interesting to see what he comes up with

He will go 442 with Connolly Brayford and turner and manga, we know the midfield and strikers, be amazed if anything different. He's not about to tear everything up and go gun ho, he will look to keep it tight and scrappy and possibly make changes later in the match.

But do we have the midfield to play a top team in 4-4-2 ? Bolton tear us a new one, won't Watford do the same?

I can see it being 0-0

I agree with you, am just saying what I believe slade will go with. Well it's my long awaited first away of the season and my record is good away!

Only now seen the tables " a top team like Watford " they are 3 points ahead of us, yep 3 points! It's all very tight and very much all to play for if you ask me!

I wouldn't say its a true test. We've missed our chances away from home against some real real dog awful shit championship sides.
I expect defeats away against most of the big championship sides now unless one trick pony proves us wrong.... any away points are a bonus

For me this the obvius test for making changes. Even if going 4-4-1-1 or 4-5-1. Our last 3 games have been terrible even if we grabbed 4 points out of 9.

It won't always be pretty but in reality you can count on your hand the number of exciting performances from a city team in the last few years so nothing new

I would not be surprised if RS leaves Manga on the bench.
He seems to be trying his hardest to remove all of the quality from the team!

Im not asking for pretty really. Allthough that would be in reach with our squad. Im asking for recognition by the coatching that we need to make a change to change our away fortunes. Tucker repeted my point today, going 4-4-2 will probably be asking for another hammering against Watford. I dont think we will be able to get a scrape point if Slade dosent chop things up.
