Trimming down the wage bill?

Just having a look at the players not in RS plans for the season. I have a feeling some of them are carrying hefty wages and I wouldn't be surprised if Mamnga is sold on in January (not in the team due to him playing in Africa, unsettled, bingo - another big wage gone). Is VT clearing the decks for a new owner to install a new manager who then as a bit of a blank canvas for building a new squad. Mmmmmm.

What has it got to do with Dalman? I no he hired OGS but who allowed him to keep signing players without moving players on at the same time.

I agree ridiculous statement, and Pompey had players on 100 k plus a few years ago now, not even comparable. This weekend has been the most negative weekend yet we won a game and 5 on the bounce at home, but we are setting up for league 1???! Thank god I don't employ some of the people on here, my business would be bust in a month! Negativity.com

obviously thinks we are going to get relegated?

fans complain about massive debt and over paid players, but when club are seen to be doing something about it thats wrong? only lose lose situation iv'e come across!!!

I don't think we will go down this season, I think we will be around midtable.

I just think we are cutting back in all the wrong areas, cheap manager, cheap background staff, cheap Academy managers.

I can see Slade getting rid of anyone with talent in January and filling it with lower league work horses and if he survives the season the next season I think will be a big struggle.
Huge alarm bells ringing with some of his decision and comments. I liked him initially but to many questionable actions for me, not least 3 cbs on the bench.
