Which of these two great Wales teams is best?

Our table topping campaign of I think 2003 at one point we were miles out in front of Italy in that group only to finish in 2nd, we played some of the best teams in the world
we beat Germany, we drew with Argentina, we beat Italy along with a host of decent international sides,
in my eyes that team had some real quality throughout it, where as now we have several stand out players.
the new squad its the only squad pic I could find recent with a bale and ramsey together, but you get the grasp you know the side
