Our club has been virtually destroyed by Tan and his red circus.

Suprised seeing some City fans on twitter saying they aint up for it and dont really wanna go tonight.

Not cos its a friday, cos of exactly what u have said, he has destroyed it from top to bottom.

Stopped going to City games because I lost love for it. No longer feel like part of the club I got brought up loving. Rushing to get the kits, queuing for tickets at cup games, spending money on merchandise around Christmas time. I was no longer a fan, I was just a customer who could be replaced.

I don't disagree, but the even sadder thing is that we will never see "the good old days" return for so many reasons beyond what is going on at the moment and beyond Cardiff City Football Club itself!

Not there myself tonight for personal (family) reasons. I would be otherwise, although I agree it is very 'flat' down there in recent times, albeit some great efforts from the Canton Stand to get things going!

I ve been going for over 25 years, had a season ticket for last eight, didn't renew and stopped going this season, thank you Vincent tan

As much as we blame Vincent Tan (and rightly so), I think it's more to do with the way football is going at the moment. Watching the FA Cup makes me realise how much fun following a lower league football club was. We wanted Premier League, and it ended up destroying our club in my opinion.

I feel like the club went down with Ninian Park.
New ground new faces new atmosphere, and a red Kit.

We might aswell of gone into admin and been renamed Cardiff Dragons, We're playing in red - why not stick dragons all over the place I mean it can't get much worse

oh yeah... In fact he already has put a dragon on the stadium . tw*t

Re: never thought id say this

Even the offer a free ticket couldn't get me there tonight.

Same completely demotivated. But il carry on going until we go back to blue, I can't give up like this.

Had an option to borrow a season ticket off a mate in the Ninian but went to the pub instead. Don't regret it at all

Your not a 'supporter" though, CantonJack, are you? :?

A 'supporter' is someone that pays money and turns up to games to get behind their team (whoever that team may be) ;)

I guess you could be considered a 'fan' though, if you have a 'positive interest' in the club. That's a bit like being a Cardiff-based ManUre, Chelski or Arsene-al 'fan' that never goes to watch their so-called club!

Money is an issue and I need to save for a car, if I went to most home games like I did in our promotion season it would cost me about £40 a time all together as I'm older now. I don't see any value for money with that these days as the stadium is so flat and quiet, you can hear the players on the pitch half the time.

I'll just stick to away games and Wales games for now

Money "is an issue" for HOME games, but you can find enough to go AWAY and to Wales FC games too???? :?

I'm certainly not questioning your financial position, CantonJack, but that statement is a little contradictory as to why you don't go to HOME games, isn't it???? :?

I accept the "flat stadium" comment and if that is your main reason for not going (maybe along with the perceived Tan issue) then fair enough, that is your prerogative

What's there not to get? He doesn't have an unlimited amount of money and home games is last on his list. Pretty simple really

How much would you spend on an average away game, then?? And how many home tickets could he get for that (or put towards a season ticket)?? :?

I wasn't 'having a go' at CantonJack, as I quite like him on this Forum, but it does seem a little contradictory on this particular subject :?

I'm sure he'll be pleased you answered for him, though! ;)

Correct  if I don't go to away games that means I'll have more money to put to away games which are a much better day out and actually worth the money. All of the
Is along with the red v blue debate, Tan vs Malky and all that I just don't see the point in home games.

I will attend a few this season and the Brentford game next month may be the first. Although I will be at Watford Saturday most likely  :ayatollah:
