So Norwich appoint Mike Phelan as number two to offer vital experience to Neil Adams.,
This is a cracking appointment for them and a move in my opinion we should have looked at.
If we are to succeed with slade then a quality number two should have been a definite move to give us the experience in the back room staff we really need. I think we have missed a trick here.
Thoughts?

Absolutely,,,,& i can only see our current managerial set up heading for disaster, & total failure.

I said last January that it's the apointment that Ole should have made.
We won't be where we are now if this was done.

If Ole had appointed him as his assistant then Ole would still have been here, a huge appointment for Norwich and will make them successful this season. We should have done that, but yet again two "rookies"at this level, we should have gone for an experienced no.2 just like them, its going to cost us.

great appointment , I really don't want Young as our No2 (loved him as a player )he is way to inexperienced at football league management level , it may not been so bad if Slade was very experienced at this level but he's. a rookie at this level too

Ole missed a trick by not getting him or than dutch fella Rene whats his name either of them would have been great for Ole and he might still be in the job if he had chosen one of those two experienced coaches.

Agree, for me Scott young is sitting on his Leeds goal.... He's a playing legend for that! But not a no,2 in management at this level!

When I saw the headline, I thought I had missed something, I thought Norwich must have sacked Adams and it had passed me by
Good appointment for Norwich.

Didnt even think how it read!,

Says it all really. Norwich appoint a class act as No2 and we get someone who was sacked by Port Talbot!
No disrespect but we could have done with a bit of experience alongside RS.
