If we dont hear anything in the next few days from Tan now malky has been appointed wigan manager then surely there was nothing there (supposed dodgy dealings) to start with bar tan clutching at straws, i know Ole's in the same boat now to. Everyone on here and the media spotlight said malky was unemployable untill all this was over with yet hes got another job without anything comming to light on this supposed dossier put forward

Ian, there has not been one bit of evidence found on Malky to do with fraud and Tan has spent millions trying.

Hey this is football, feaud goes on, depends how dig you deep to find it, if someone has billions like Tan and wants to find something he will keep digging.

Hes still trying though thats just it and this dossier lark with the FA thats been put forward surely they would interfere with wigan to stop MM going there before hand if something was wrong, thats my point

not sure of rules 100% but would malky have to be in a job that comes under the fa rules for them to be able to do anything
im thinking now hes back managing they may now dole out his punishment
