Ipswich and Cardiff target move for ex-Manchester United striker

Ipswich Town, Cardiff City and Blackburn Rovers are targeting a loan move for former Manchester United striker Tom Lawrence, according to TeamTalk.
Lawrence is a target for Ipswich, Cardiff and Blackburn
Lawrence, 20, currently plies his trade for Premier League side Leicester City, however he has failed to make an appearance since joining from the Red Devils in the summer.
The emergency loan window in the Football League ends on November 25th, and the Championship trio are eyeing a move for the 20-year-old forward to help bolster their squads for the remainder of the campaign.
The Wrexham born forward does have Football League experience, having had spells with Carlisle United and Yeovil Town in the last year.
Lawrence is a prevalent figure in the Wales youth set-up, having played from under-17 level all the way up to under-21 level.
The youngster started his career at Everton, however moved to Manchester United in 2002, where he ended up staying for 11 years.

A very good Welsh prospect.
We could do with some Welsh blood/steel in the team instead of these foreign mercenaries.

Although a really good prospect, it's not the time to be taking chances, we need a prolific 20 goal a season striker!

From looking at YouTube he looks a good player sign him up.. looks like he got pace which we lack and also can go past and beat a man which we also lack,also looks like he is determined and a hard worker which is good

Tom Lawrence: Loan target for several clubs
Sky Sports understands Leicester City's Tom Lawrence is a loan target for a number of Championship clubs in January.
Highly-rated forward Lawrence joined Leicester on a four-year deal from Manchester United on transfer deadline day.
The 20-year-old has yet to make his first-team debut for Leicester, but has impressed for the Under 21s and is seen as one for the future at the King Power Stadium.
Foxes boss Nigel Pearson is happy to let Lawrence go out on loan, feeling he would be served by going out and playing regular first-team football in the second half of the season.
The news has alerted a host of clubs, with the likes of Championship promotion hopefuls Ipswich, Blackburn and Cardiff all vying for the Wales Under 21 international's signature.
