CCFC SCOUTING??

I was just wondering if anyone itk or anyone knew how our the scouting system was at CCFC.
The coaching staff left with ole and mall but what about our scouts do they still exist? Where do they scout?
I was just wondering this because it ties into the topic really of what type of players would Russell slade bring in now and in the future say if we did get back to the prem?? Would he just do scouting himself and get players he wanted or would there be the scouts giving their opinions on what players he should sign..
