It certainly does Ian, they are top now.
The group is wide open.

Should Wales perform in the two games against Israel, 4 points minimum then I think we will qualify. All resting on those two games now in my opinion. Bosnia out of it.

Whatever happens I think the game we will reflect on will be Bosnia home but still all to play for.
I think it is still good and exciting we are involved and are in the mix up. Like tonight us fans got a good attitude towards us like we are going into games more fearless.
We do have players to come back from injuries.
The way the team is fully together and are expressing the delight of looking forward to the international break is quite nice to see.
Israel now next year isn't it?

Indeed.
I was thinking a result in Bosnia could see us through but this Israel team have come from nowhere. They saw of Andorra quite comfortable on that horrible pitch and their result in Cyprus now is looking good. That's 2 good away performances then this one against Bosnia. A real surprise package.
I'm still expecting Belgium to top the group and they could do us a big favour by beating Israel twice. In fact we might need them to do that.

Spot on baked those next two games against Israel are huge and we mut win one for sure to still be in the mix the good thing for is is Belgium are struggling and although I still think they'll win the group to do that they will need to beat Israel twice which will like you say really help us out
4pts for us would be colossal but one win each and Belgium beating them twice would still put us in pole for second place IMO
Lots of ifs and buts as I say but still think we'll finish second although it will be very right at the top cos Cyprus ain't out of it either

Don't underestimate the opposition lads, Israel look a class outfit and we'll do extremely well to take something from the away game against them. The home game is a must win, however.

why do European teams have to play made-up countries from the middle-east? I hope they don't qualify for a tournament that references the fact it is for European nations

We can't write off the Cypriots either. We are nowhere near there yet with Israel, Bosnia and Cyprus still left to play away. They will be 3 massive games and with Belgium and Israel left to play at home too, we can easily drop points and fall away. It will only take a couple of defeats and then suddenly we're playing catch up. It's been a great start but it can still easily go wrong. We all thought we was there under Hughes, but we lost our last 2 games. I'm not being negative, it's been a fantastic start but don't get ahead of ourselves as there's still a long way to go and a lot of work ahead.

if we need to worry about cyprus then we probably dont deserve to qualify anyway. That and andorra should be 6 points. giving us 14 and almost enough for 3rd place imo!

Ot be fair we got what you would expect from the first 3 games, a point away to Belgium is a bonus.

I don't care about their recent record, man for man Wales are better than Israel. 3 points is achievable
