' Talks are expected next week between player and club '
Mat Daehli unhappy at lack of playing time

The Norwegian can't get into the Cardiff City side, but played 58 minutes for Norway against Estonia this week in a friendly and was named man of the match.
Talks are expected next week between the player, his representatives and the club.
Mat Daehli
“My situation at Cardiff is not optimal at all at the moment,” Mats Moller Daehli said at the start of this week.
“A month without playing is OK, but it can’t continue like this to be honest. We will have to see about a move in January, but I need to play now.
Daehli " All I want to do is play football "
“I had a chat with Russell Slade, but what was said will have to remain just between the two of us.”
Daehli has not featured in City's matchday squad for the last three games and suggestions a hip injury is keeping out of the squad look to be wide of the mark after he represented his country.
Cardiff manager Russell Slade is keeping his options open and said: “At this moment in time I am not looking to move him on and it would take a big fee for him to leave.
“Mats is not as happy as he could be,because he wants to play. It could be possible Mats may be sold or loaned out, but he could also be here for another two years.”
Daehli can be an exciting player but it's uncertain if his slight build and tricky style will prosper in the Championship.

just like the ravel shit
we don't know what goes on inside club if our manager bounces him out it is probably with good reason
all this having a go at everything the club is doing
is obviously down to hating tan and the rebrand and nothing else
and annis before you start calling me a tan lover (not true ) you know my thoughts on the rebrand

no annis this topic is about questioning our managers actions
and the ravel thread is just the same as the dielhi thread
just using different players to make your points to undermine slade and therefore tan
annis your very first comment on the first thread about dielhi,s situation questions

tan ,s involvement which as ive said before is the agenda here

The quotes are old but the article is new, typical lazy Wales online.
Still remains slade it seems from the media and selection is trying to get rid of the talent for work horses.
My opinion is slade will be gone in late Jan but leave behind a very average squad, unlike the one he took over. I think the club has missed a good chance to bring in a good manager to make the most of a good squad.

A brave statement that Luke. You could very well be right. It would not take much to dismiss the services of Slade.
I have no idea what this club is doing. It still has not sunk in how much of a mess it has got into since Tan has started taking a bigger interest in everything. I really am beginning to feel Tan is determined to take this club back years just to get back at the fans. Looking at his desire to bring Malky down, to make things difficult for Ole and now his pride in claiming Slade is his own choice, taking into account what you think will happen to Slade, then you can be forgiven for thinking all that.

Tan can claim its his choice all he wants but I refuse to believe he had ever heard of him before someone (I don't know who) had a word in his ear and suggested or sold him to him.

So we have to blindly support our manager in every decision he makes? Look how wrong Malky was with regards to brayford. Sometimes managers makes mistakes, they are only human. Slade is making a mistake in alienating young talented players imo.
Besides matts dropped a division with us, when he could have stayed in the pl. When he plays he has shown really passion so I have sympathy for his frustration when he can't even get on the bench and gabbidons ass is plonked there every week. Smh.

Correct Managers make mistakes and some bad ones indeed. We support Cardiff City and we are allowed our opinions on managers/players that what forums are forum
