My first game as a kid watching the City will stick with me forever, who's this Clemo player they want out? They really don't like him! I made my enquiries and found out who he was, since then we have had the kumars, Rick Wright, Sam Hamman and the infamous Vincent Tan. Some of the older folk might want to answer this, but who was our best owner? Have we ever had one?

Without doubt it was Bob Grogan, unfortunately, he was taken away from his family and us far too quickly who knows how far he could have taken us.

Grogan then Tan. Wright was OK until he sold Blake and ,as someone on here said, messed Stant about. The rest were a bunch of Charlatans.

We were just about to "do something" when he was sadly taken away through illness and he was a genuine guy!

Sadly, his company (Kenton Utilities) didn't have the same passion as Bob did and they pulled our as soon as they possibly could afterwards and City went through some pretty turbulent times with notable respite from the likes of Rick Wright (for a while) and Sam Hammam (for a little bit longer)

Say what we want, but I agree with Wez that if it weren't for the colour change (which I still abhor) then Vincent Tan would be "up there" too, as he finally delivered what others only dreamed of, no matter how the season ended up!
