-Young is not good enough to be the assistant coach at a club like Cardiff, tactically not good enough, need someone better. Not spoken to anyone who thinks Young is going places.

I think he may be out of his depth as a number two for a championship club. Unfortunately it's our football club. Slade's first mistake, allowing Young to be appointed his assistant.

I'm surprised this hasn't gone bigger news, you know we just appointed an assistant where not one footballer has spoken in defence of.

Employing Young in such a pivital role is doomed to failure

1. It does not give you confidence when your Assistant Manager has recently been sacked by Port Talbot!

2. It does not help further when he starts picking players out of position.

3. Poor man management- destroying Javi Guerra in the press, very unprofessional.

4. I would be surprised if Young has not had a big say in team selections since Slade took over.
He had his favourites and there is no surprise that Guerra has not featured since the above incident.

Not exactly an inspired signing by City at a time when you could do with some experience around the new man!

I think we made a massive error in having Young as Assistant , I would of liked to see someone like Rene Meulensteen bags of experience coaching at high level , would of been just what we/Slade needed

100% agree on all points. Firstly, this must be the only sensible thing Blakey has ever said. Secondly, Scott Young is so far out of his depth ocean going liners are sending out search and rescue personnel to find him. Lastly, Tan......well, need we say more?

Muelensteen would have been great, widely credited with helping Ronaldo reach his potential. Very good with players.
