He realises is ambition to manage again in Division 1 and is now dismantling his championship side in favour of old Division players.

I don't believe anyone in our club knows their arse from their elbow anymore, the only decent people there are looking after the pitch, stadia (and I reserve judgement on one individual!), the shop, the offices and other bits and pieces.

Still whilst the playing side, management, chairman, CEO anmd owner are getting a kicking at present, the blue/red stuff has died down

Tan must be happy at present, he's lowering the wage bill, removing some of the more classy and expensive players and keeping the fans moaning - so nothing has changed and we just carry on and hope for the best.

I think long term things do not look too good but now Slade has been appointed he deserves time to build his squad. It will be interesting to see his transfer activity in January and that will give us some indication of his long term ambitions with regards to the type of players he brings in and who he gets rid of.

He may of course be instructed to dispose of some of our 'high earners' to cut the wage bill!
