Birmingham striker Wes Thomas will miss the club's next three matches through suspension following his red card in Saturday's draw with Cardiff City.
The 27-year-old was dismissed in the final minute of normal time following an altercation with Bluebirds defender Sean Morrison.
Thomas will now sit out the trip in a fortnight's time to Rotherham United - the club whom he helped win promotion through the League One play-offs back in May, as well as the visit of Nottingham Forest to St. Andrew's on 29 November and the away fixture against another of his former loan employers, Blackpool, on 6 December.
