Cardiff City Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Ken Choo as Chief Executive Officer. Having previously held the office of General Manager following his arrival in June 2014, Ken will assume his new role with immediate effect.
Speaking of the news, Mehmet Dalman, Cardiff City Chairman said, “I would like to congratulate Ken on his appointment. Ken has brought stability and structure to Cardiff City over the last six months, allowing the Club to plan for the future. His appointment as CEO is a recognition of his work and outlines our confidence in Ken’s abilities.”
Ken Choo said, “I am extremely grateful for the support that Tan Sri Vincent Tan and Mehmet Dalman have given me and look forward to continuing my contribution to this great Club. We still have a great deal of hard work to do and there will no doubt be challenges ahead. But with the support of all associated with Cardiff City Football Club, including our dedicated staff, I am confident that we can go from strength to strength, both on and off the field.”
Ken is currently in Malaysia, having travelled after the match on Saturday. A Bachelor of Commerce and a member of the Australian CPA, Ken is also a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and an Associate Member of the Tax Institute of Malaysia. Having served as a Senior Auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Malaysia, Ken has extensive management experience in the corporate business sector. Ken held the role of General Manager at Berjaya Hotels and Resorts in London prior to joining Cardiff City Football Club in 2014.

Annis I don't know if I can compare it to a circus as I used to enjoy the circus and the clowns used to make me laugh. There's nothing funny or enjoyable about the clowns who now run our club.

Annis I don't know if I can compare it to a circus as I used to enjoy the circus and the clowns used to make me laugh. There's nothing funny or enjoyable about the clowns who now run our club.

As far as im concerned carl he has been put in place to implement swathing cuts throughout the club one of which will be the academy funding in my opinion.

Was stated on here that academy will not be affected by any cutbacks in fact the opposite was said? Time will tell if this is true.
