Playing catch up on the fitness front at the moment.

Thanks to Ole's training regime which apparently consisted of an hour on deck chairs followed by kebabs, burgers, Stella and Clark's pies.

Been a massive loss for us but if he's in last year of contract and he's not willing to commit his future here then it would be stupid not to have sold him and lost him on free transfer.

Don't think he's done much at QPR this year of what I've seen might be worth a punt on loan,don't ask you don't get.

Agree with gaffer and wasn't always fit and was injury prone.

I didn't think he'd be such a great loss this season as we were always going to play more of a 442 formation in the Championship instead of the 4231 4141 that we did last year which suits his game better. However, Gunnar and Whitts have been lacking an outlet this season and have missed Mutch's runs from deep into the attacking area. This year the front two, whoever they have been, have been far too flat leaving the midfield duo with fewer options.

He went missing in some games and if sussed out on the ball and isolated by the other team he would just lose all confidence.

We paid a bit for him and we took profit, it was right move. We lack enforcer not a creator, we have that but no bite.

Agree. Wrong sort of player that we should be looking for. He wanted to leave just 6 months ago anyway. I'm not sure I'd want him back on loan.

Apart from the smilie I find myself completely agreeing with Chuckles - time to leave the forum and do some work

I think he would have been an asset under Ole.

I dont think he would have fit very well into slades 4-4-2 though.
