Easy fix to creativity.

We have plenty of creative players but because they don't fit into a rigid 4-4-2 they don't seem to be wanted.

I think to help this squad we needed a progressive managed and we got the opposite.

I would have thought Kadeem would fit a 442

It seems that there are a number of players in our squad who would not get in the first team even if there was a flu epidemic at the club and the whole first choice eleven were unable to play.

Harris and Guerra are two of them, Cala, Eikrem, Burgstaller, Velikonja have no chance of playing as our manager has decided that he is unable to get them to perform to the best of their abilities.

He has already given up on them without even trying to get them near or into the first team.

Harris needs to be given a chance sometime soon considering we are short on wingers.
