It does bother me about the constant moaning about Russell Slade, for god's sake give him a chance. Our Home form has improved massively, our away form has not but he has only been in the job for a few weeks. People now moan because he doesn't change the team enough (didn't we have enough of the shit with Ole?). Hell, if you look at Chelsea they have probably 7 or 8 players who if fit will play every week. We must have the basis of a team who play together as often as possible. Slade has a team of players none of who he brought in himself. I think he is doing alright, give him a chance, the players seem to be buying into his plan and Scott Young as well. The Championship this season is stupidly close and no teams are getting away, all is not lost yet. Get behind the team, give Slade a chance, life could be worse...you could be a Jack !!

I'm not even envious which surely should be the normal feeling to that result.
We're nowhere near that quality, Tan is correct that he wasted his money but if you are not prepared to invest in a decent, proven football management team, reap what you sew.
The fans who went to those away games are the ones who deserve a lot better

I have to agree with Luke, Slades not the brightest manager.

I have to disagree. I think he comes over very well. He gives some thought to what he's going to say and analyses games very well. He gives a very honest assessment, not like some managers who are much too biased towards their own teams.

Absobloodylutely
No matter what happens, it seems our fans will ALWAYS find something to whine about. Our last six games are W3 D1 L2 so it's hardly the end of the world. We're mid table, our home form is currently excellent and our away seems to be improving.
Still everybody is throwing their toys out of the pram because they think going for a lower league manager is "beneath us"... newsflash. we're not that big a club. We're not man city, we're not chealsea, and nor would I want us to be. Slade can do a good job for us, and from the looks of it he's already improved things at the club, getting us some great wins against top sides like Forest and Ipswich (who are currently 4th in the table).
I'm pretty sure the moaning is mostly being done by people just because they are pissed off at the rebrand and need something to moan about because moaning about the rebrand constantly just pissed people off. But all we hear is "I want Pulis, Slade is getting us nowhere" *toys out of the pram* "waaah waaaah waaah I want Pulis"
The team can go nowhere without our support. We need to be cheering them on, loud and proud, or we will get nowhere. Mind you I can see people hoping that we do drop down the table just so they can be proved right with their whining
NB. I'm not saying not to moan about the rebrand. It's a legitimate thing to moan about, unlike our new gaffer who's done a pretty good job so far.
