New Striker?

I don't think any of our strikers are good enough to get us promoted really..I believe if guerra was given a run of games and just given a chance in the team that would give him the confidence and determination to go on and score us the goals to get us promoted. But since slade doesn't wanna give him that chance then who would you like to be signed to score us them goals? I'm just trying to think of realistic options available to us? Loan signing from the premiership would be good?

James Wilson from Man United would be a great signing if van gaal would let him out on loan

Eoin Doyle looks a good player scoring goals for fun in league 1 at the moment.
I would take a league 1 striker they have got a history of going up through the leagues scoring goals at all levels, look at Jamie vardy, charlie Austin and Richie lambert

Totally agree and a good post and your accepting guera is not going to play, we all need to accept that. Mason is a natural finisher, macheda will get us goals but we need somebody to put pressure on alf and macheda and love him or loathe him KJ will get his share. Sometimes it just doesn't happen at a club like with alf.

I'm guessing not many on here turned up to the B'mouth cup game this season? Guerra was subbed off that game, and it was no suprise why he was!

None of those players you've mentioned above are quite good enough imo.. We lack that all around striker I think, someone who is clinical in front of goal, works hard and has good movement, slade needs to sign someone in January if he ain't gonna give guerra a chance

Impressive goal scoring record, I doubt brentford would let him go to another championship club though? I can't see us getting anyone from the championship?

I think if we off loaded 10 players sold/loaned, that should bring in plenty of funds enabling us to make a decnt offer to Brentford which their board would have to give serious consideration also the player himself having the opportunity to improve his earnings and hopefully playi in a team intent on promotion.
This guy knows were the goal is and is definately worth a serious bid.

In my controversial opinion all of our strikers are miss fits and half of the team are as well at the moment.

Macheda is like gestede when bad not this season with a slightly better shot.
le fondre carrying a tad of weight not mobile enough or prolific enough to be our main striker.
