Not a bad day at the office

Completely agree wez, shocked by the negativity of.some on here.
Since Slade has come in we are unbeaten at home in 3, beating
Forest who were top of the league, an ipswich side who are up
There and dirty Leeds, Slade lost his first two away
Games but made some changes today and we are back to picking
Up something on the road against a Birmingham side
Who are unbeaten in the last 3 games.
5 off the play offs, 8 off automatimc and only early november.
In my opinion Slade has done a fantastic job with what was
A bunch of individuals and not a team.
We dont have a god given right to promotion
Or to win every week, some people would do well
to remembet that
Onwards and upwards.

Disagree sorry,Birmingham were absolutely shite in front of our goal, they wouldn't have scored if we were still playing.
Remember they lost 8-0 a week ago.....Ronnie Corbett is taller than they're Goalie we should have smashed him.
Our long ball tactics were shockingly awful today.

Forest av been on a shocking run no signs of their form from aug/sept Leeds game could av gone anyway.. Yes 3 good results at home, performances not great and better teams would av beaten us.
Slade himself said he wash going to change things around and we had one enforced change and he dropped fabio who we have been voting for as many man of matches as manga. We set up exactly the same and he didnt pay off yet again.
Definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome.
Slade obviously shows no confidence in the other 15-20 players in his squad and continues with the xi. He's needs a good number two with him as his league 1/2 tactics are far too predicable. We have quality proven players who are not getting a look in as they are not in his plans. Players dont become bad players overnight. If they are lacking in moral and confidence how can they get that back without being given the opportunity. Le fondre had been far too wasteful in front of goal and should not have started today IMO. Again he didnt show too much today. International break couldn't have come quick enough.

How poor were Noone and Pilkington
The bottom line seems to be our "stars "just aren't performing ,not even turning up sometimes,
Slades got a big job ahead of him, hopefully he uses the international break to install some much needed belief in the players.

Agree, I don't think Slade is the man to take us up, however there is way too much negativity on here. A point away from home, all things considered is a decent outcome. The strike force is the problem, if they start scoring the confidence will return to the whole team. These are good individual players, who are playing with little confidence, because they have no belief in our forwards at this moment in time. They start scoring and we will see a different team.

The point is respectable away from home.
Slade decisions are concerning me, I think he is going to take us massively backwards while losing our talented players.

Clean sheet must have been the highlight of the day

The difference between the teams was the central midfield. Gunner owned it and Whitts popped passes all over the park that theirs could only dream of. The flanks of the pitch were heavy, but noone and pilkington always playing on the wrong side came inside. Whether this was due to the pitch only they can tell us.
I don't just think Macheda is good enough !!! He hides. I used to think he thought he is doing us a favour, but i believe slade, he lacks confidence, because he is not this level. Alf needs a better player with him, his effort means he will always get our support. By the time Maynard came on our back line had retreated along with the midfield and the two up top needed their mobiles to communicate with Whitts they were so separated, so it was hopeless bombs.
back 4 and central 2 played well. It was the fancy players that are not doing it. I really wish we have replacements in that division-
Come to think of it.......we may have
