Ridiculous.. Fabio has been quality this season! He moans about us not scoring away and keeps it exactly the same???

Where is Morrison??

That's the most disappointing team I have seen us field all season!! I can't believe it!

Fabio dropped and Connolly to play left back, this stinks of Scott young influence how many are we going to concede today? I have said give Slade a chance but this is not the man to get us anywhere SLADE OUT

Absolute joke.

How many times has won MOM this season? Quite often. One of the stand out performers this season. Looks as if Slade is starting his tinkering but he is picking on the wrong players!

We are going to get battered. Nothing on the bench to change the game in an attacking sense. Where is Ravel and Dhaeli?

Seems like Connolly is playing right back with Brayford on the left, as for ravel and dheili both carrying knocks  i

the sooner they get rid of Scott young the better he is a clown

Calm down!!
Manga, Ravel, Daehli must have injuries.
I guess Fabio is dropped due to his actual defending & at fault for a couple of goals.

You would think Le Fondre would be dropped for his lack of goals also but he seems undroppable

Ridiculous!

Don't understand why he's taken players out of position to drop one of our better players

Re: Fabio dropped to bench...

I hope we get the first goal otherwise it could be a long afternoon

Re: Fabio dropped to bench...

I'm at the game and just heard the team. Could just be resting Fabio but why play players out of their best positions.

He's going to look a right tit if we go belly up today!

But he's playing well IMO.
If it goes on much longer he may well be taken out for a bit. Personally, I'm quite happy with La Fondre at the moment but would prefer to see Ravel in his place when fit.

All I've got to say is 'Ralls, son of Slade'
Feckin ridiculous selection :old: :old: :old:

I disagree, think he is laboured and lacks spark weird that he is playing and fabio dropped. thought fabio was mom against bolton

Fair enough but I like his general play!! I like his work rate & the runs he makes to open the space. Obviously needs a goal though.
I like Fabio but wasn't he at fault for 2 of the goals at Bolton? I only saw the one goal & he just left his player all on his own. Was shocking.
Perhaps Slade thinks Connolly will tighten up defensively especially away from home.

he does run around alot but the chances he has had he needs to score more , he's just missing to many chances , if a striker isn't scoring you should take them out and give another striker a chance

No, if a striker isn't scoring but the rest of his general play is good, you stick with him until he scores as Le Fondre's general play is a more than good enough contribution. Love the fact everyone is bashing Le Fondre when he offers 10 times the amount Macheda offers to the team and Macheda missed an absolute sitter in the first half. I dread to think what sort of reaction there would have been if that was Le Fondre missing!

Everyone moaned at the team but it's no coincidence we looked more comfortable and kept a clean sheet with Turner and Connolly in our defence. I'm disappointed we didn't win as I felt Birmingham were there for the taking, but a clean sheet and point against an improving Birmingham team who beat Watford earlier in the week is a step in the right direction. We can build on this and if we keep winning at home and be hard to beat away, we will move up the table. Onwards and upwards!
