I dont actually blame Russell Slade,its not his fault he is out of his depth and has nobody behind him to back him up with tactics, we all know who I really blame

But the players need a manager they can respect and look up to.
Of course they should do their job anyway,but a manager with a good track record is what will get City promoted.

The players also need a Leader on the pitch as well ASAP
