Russel Slade has been choosing fairly consistent sides since his appointment and we don’t expect him to stray too far from this against the Blues.
Our chosen XI have played together six times so far this season with three wins and three losses although they are yet to keep a clean sheet.
However, they have plenty of Championship experience, appearing in 1,363 games with 153 goals and 122 assists in the process.
Despite not scoring in their last three games on the road, the Bluebirds still have plenty of firepower in their ranks to see them find the net this weekend.
Federico Macheda has been performing well this term, netting five times so far this term with the last coming against Leeds last weekend.
Peter Whittingham is not far behind him with four goals for the season, and both players could well get on the score sheet again this weekend to help the Welsh side break their away scoring drought.

Glad that people are at last getting the message that Macheda and Ralls are simply not good enough. I know Fabio has been playing pretty well but I see him as a luxury in away games. I would prefer a strong defensive left back but God knows when we last had one of those. Forget promotion too without a top striker and a box to box midfield general.

I like the look of that team but unfortunately I can't see it happening

in the absence of Kenwyn we need a striking option other than Maynard or Turner on the bench, so its got to be Guerra. Ralls isnt good enough either at LB LM or CM so I'd like to see Bergstaller given a chance. He's a direct runner with a touch of skill about him and if Pilks is still unwell then he's got to be a better option then JR.

Like the look of the team. Carries a really attacking threat but no way on this earth is it going to happen because it looks like Slade is writing off our best players and like previous managers is sticking to his favourites. Some players are certainly not being picked on ability or form but purely because Slade does not want to use some of the others.

Hopefully not 3 Cb's on the bench with Turner doubling up as Centre forward cover

I rate macheda, but too get our best players starting I think we need to play 1 up front. Macheda doesn't have the work rate needed to play upfront alone though

Like it. This would be my team... The only slight worry is that it may be too lightweight in midfield and possibly take one out for adeyemi
