Slade's style of play

From what I gather Slade prefers hard workers who can play simple direct football, as well as being overly reliant on a traditional 4-4-2 system which i think is the answer for the championship because it is as we know a very physical league and fancy football isn't going to get us very far in the championship and we played direct with malky and got promoted and slade hasn't really got those hard working players he is just got some big time charlie's.
