Alright I might be over reacting but I'm getting the feeling he's out of his depth. A good manager someone like Pulis would be able to play his best players and have an organised team. It's either either with slade and ole but a Pulis could do both

Well that's all good assuming how well pullis may do, and i wanted him at the time too but the fact is we've got slade so let's just give him a propper chance and our support. He's come in to an absolute train wreck, brought structure to the squad won 3 in 5 and were sitting at 11th 5 points outside playoff, which in this league can change so quick!

Look I see your point maybe I'm being a bit too negative, slade has done reasonably well so will give him time and support. It just frustrates me he leaves our most talented players out and they will all probably leave in January because of that so not good news imo.
We need to sort out our away form and it is clear changes are needed to tactics and personnel if we are to get promoted.
I am not confident now Russell is the man to get us promoted and I don't know if he will make them changes, I see him constantly keeping whitts and leaving our most talented players out of the team and that's not good enough imo, don't think he has the tactical nous at this level either and has an inexperienced assistant and back room staff by his side advising him.

I hope I am proved wrong mate but he needs more time so let's just see how he reacts going forward
