"Could & would sam hammam be the fan Voice "

Tue Nov 04, 2014 12:31 pm

just sat here having lunch before going to Bolton and thought about this
sam is now able to talk to tan and sam has allways been out spoken
would he I wonder want to be a spokes person for us fans
could he put the right pressure on tan to get our blue home shirt and badge back
after all he wanted to change us to green and white stripes and call us Cardiff celtic , but he quickly realised the fans would not like this
sam I feel would love to be involved with the fans again and imo it could work as his best attributes were getting the crowd going and whipping the fans into frenetic support
thoughts please :bluescarf:

I don't think the rebrand bothers Sam.

However if somehow he could get to become the owner again then I do believe he would revert back to blue knowing it would get the fans on his side.

some short memories. That man should not even be near anything to do with the club. see what happened last time he was looking after his FAMILY.

If true (not saying it isn't) then says a lot about the kind of person that Tan is. Nobody gets along with him. Seems to love people then suddenly they are his enemies.

I think you'll find that there were a lot of people who worked at the club in Sam's day who had no time for him either. He was unpredictable to say the least !!

As for the orginal question Sam was quite happy to support the reasons for the re-brand when he was brought on board again and paid off. That alone is good reason as to why he can hardly be relied upon to put forward the fans views :?

Don't want Sam Hammam speaking for me thanks very much.

As he's been paid off now (sorry, I mean Langston) I'd prefer he just kept well away, unless of course he wants to put his hand in his own pocket to buy a ticket.

Perhaps he could repay some of that £500,000 pay off he demanded before signing the takeover papers when he left? I'm sure quite a few of our season ticket monies went in to settling that little sweetener for Sam so forgive me if I'd rather not have him portrayed as some sort of "fan's champion".

He batted every question away from you Steve. He backed Tan all the way and he had to.

God no.

nukes he didn't bat them away
first answer was that the answer was not for today but for another day
every answer he gave me came with the comment I have a member on the board hmmmmm
I honestly believe he gave honest answers
he was (my interpretation) saying that we basically needed tan at the time
to at least have a club to fight for
he kept making the point that there was ways to go about getting change
and he never once said no to my question could / would you be a spokes person for the fans
his problem with that imo is he would want all the fan groups to be of one
not sure the likes of carl Curtis annis Abraham vinc alm big gwyn the trust tony Jeffries and others can actually agree with each other
just my personal take on things as I see them :bluescarf:

So if that's not batting a question away what is :o

Sam is engaging and a great guy to spend a night in the pub with, of that there is no doubt.

But if you believe everything he tells you then you've either got a very short memory or weren't around for his demise last time around. I don't think even Annis would claim that Sam always tells us the full story.

That is exactly what he told me while we were waiting for you guys to arrive.

My immediate thought is that is going to take some doing. I personally don't want to be seen as one with someone who tried to push fans away from supporting the team or using frightening tactics to keep others quite.

and therein lies part of the problem. Because some fans will believe anything they are told regardless of the truth/half truth of it.

I could agree and work with Vince Alm, Carl Curtis,Trust :thumbright: but not Jefries as he voted for the Red in the meeting a few yrs ago, unless of course he has now had a uturn & is now BLUE :thumbright: :bluescarf: and I don't know what Gwyneth Davies represents ?

Before the last march v Liverpool, I got 15 groups together, it was hard work, but after days of debating,we all came as one :thumbright: :thumbright:

We can be as one and should be as one, just needs someone to do it again :thumbright: :bluescarf:
