Slade seems to prefer the traditional big man/little man pairing up front. Simple question - who would you play as the big man?

Macheda is more mobile, Jones more aggressive....great to have them both

Macheda is not a target man- He may have the frame of one, but he is definitely not. Just a heavier Joe Mason who can't last a game out

Macheda can hold ball with good 1st touch but nowhere near kenwyns physical presence

I Would say both are hit and miss
the problem jones is lazy macheda shut down leeds on the counter attack all second half made some good intercepions, at
jones come on and straight away they had space its 2-1 five minutes later he let his man go to lazy to chase it resulted in leeds
being through on goal a better team and its 2-2
Jones is not fit no dis respect but you can see hes carrying lard from his backside. Macheda wasnt clinical but he done well with defensive duty yesterday

Kenwyne for me.

A fully fit amd confident Macheda would score more goals in a season, and contribute more IMO, but it comes down to personal choice, as they are both fantastic Championship big man Strikers.
Nice to have options as we do all over the team.....

Kenwyne for me could of had two yesterday with that header just wide.
Our problem is Le Fondra needs to be more clinical in front of goal.

Another goaltard, kenwne jones scored a goal so auto matically means hes good.
get real ffs and learn the game.
Ive seen him play enough times this season and we effectively have ten men when aren't in possession for long spells.
because jones doesnt dig. he left his marker on several occasions yesterday and they created off it
no disrespect to him just facing the reality

Both getting goals for target men which is quite unusual. Then again Jay did it.

Don't fix what isn't broken, Macheda has scored 3 in our last 4 games now and would've been 4 out of our last 4 home games if his goal (that should've counted) was allowed against Sheffield Wednesday. Macheda is on fire.
