How has Mr Tan run up record debt levels when Cardiff City generated so much income over the past year?
There were record ST sales and gate receipts last season. The club received a guaranteed £63m for finishing bottom of the PL, plus an additional £15m this season in parachute payments (and £17m next season and £8m each for the following 2 seasons after that). On top of that, sponsorship and promotional income would also have soared as a result of PL football. In addition, the club also cashed in and recouped their fees on big money earners like Caulker and Medel in the summer?
Am I being naive in thinking that Tan has divided the fans, stripped away most of what the supporters identified with as being their club and also completely mismanaged the finances?

I wouldn't dispute that. Ask yourself though, who is the man who has allowed that situation to develop?
And then ask yourself, why no debt has been converted to equity and why a windfall of £120m of TV money alone (over last season and the next couple) has failed to make any sort of a dent into Vinny's growing debt mountain.
There are a lot of people, on this board in particular, who continue to defend Vincent Tan's ownership of Cardiff City, I'd be particularly keen to hear from them.
