BREAKING: Leeds United can confirm that Darko Milanic has parted company with the club.
Neil Redfearn takes temporary charge
BREAKING: Club president Massimo Cellino says: "I want to apologise to the supporters, they deserve better results." #lufc
--------------
Milanic had only been in charge for six games with what turned out to be his last game a 2-1 home defeat at the hands of Wolves on Saturday afternoon.
Neil Redfearn has been put in temporary charge and will take training on Monday - he oversaw an improvement with 10 points from 12 while in caretaker charge after the dismissal of David Hockaday, also after six games.
The Slovenian had earlier insisted he could turn things around, saying at his post-match press conference: "I am disappointed because we deserve some more points.
"This is not a good position for me and the team, but I still see good things that we make. I believe it (he can get it right).
"My job is to do this better, to improve. I am sure this one second half is not the work of one month. I work with my team a lot and it's a young team without a lot of experience.
"We played a good first half, had chances, we had one goal. Then we began to play backwards."

Work with someone who supports Leeds and goes quite a lot. He reckons they should give it to Redfearn.
Can't argue with it, look at his record as caretaker.

They will get Redfern in for Saturday which will give them a boost and make next Saturdays match far closer than it would have been. And the following Saturday Brum will have their new manager in place for our game with them
