vincent tan - what if?

Fri Oct 17, 2014 12:28 pm

I know a few are already thinking it, but-
1. Malky Mackay wasn't tans appointment and that's why he was shit ( according to Tan)
2. OGS wasnt tans appointment and that's why he was shit ( according to tan even though we all read and saw his statements about Olé being the perfect man for the job)
3. Slade - once again, the head clown of the circus has explained he was the only man for the role. "this time I choose the new manager blah blah blah"....

What if the next few games, let's say up towards the Xmas program there is no change or improvement - what happens then?

Will tan distance himself from slade and blame somebody else for appointing him?

On the flip side, I really hope things do turn around, however if we do see an upturn in fortunes the Malaysian mental case will then believe he is a football mastermind for appointing slade and f### knows what will happen then - he may decide he wants to play up front himself! ( do you reckon he will score more than Marshall?)

Just wondering what you boys and girls think will happen in both scenarios of is doing well but also us struggling further.

From where I'm sat, either way we are in trouble!

Good points. Now I am more concerned than I was before.

its comments like this drive me crazy. If Slade turns the club around and we charge up the table playing good football, I don't care a monkeys ars-hole whether Tan thinks he is a genius or not. All we should be concerned about is getting this "best squad" in the championship Firing up the table!!!!! :bluescarf:

This squad ain't that good.... A couple of United youth failures and players no one wanted when we were relegated.

Good enough to hold its own in the championship but nothing like Newcastle's when they came down.

On the positive side, you don't have to be that good to get promoted, just believe in what the team are doing, give 100% and get lucky....
