Yeah, I like the idea of Ralls working but for me he's one of the reasons we've not been winning key midfield battles.

Unfortunately, I don't think Joe is up to Championship level yet. Although he scored against Norwich he has not shown in any of the games he has played. Would like to see him get some more game time on loan.
