Don't see the captaincy as an issue up for debate. Williams is doing fine with it. Leave it be. Bale can still be inspirational as he is.

Bale already galvanises us. Better to have a defender as captain, and Ashley Williams is doing fine.

being a great player doesnt make you a great captain,you need someone who is willing to say what they think....maybe bale doesnt fall into this bracket

He knows he is the best player. Everyone does.

We don't want to single him out as being above the team. He tries to act as if he is on a level playing field with the others in the Welsh squad, so leave it as it is imo.
