What's your opinion on this? Not good enough imo, this is not a set up which will help towards giving Cardiff city their goal of promotion imo. This is a worry for me and a bigger worry than anything else people moan about like the owner, team, tactics etc

I'm worried by Scott Young having too much involvement and Gabbidon doesn't have the personality to be a top coach. I prefer Slade to have his own men in, that way nothing can cloud the issue.

My opinion, Not good enough at all,we are suppose to be a Championship Club on its way to the Premier League, not a 4th Division Club, we are not in the 80's/90s anymore.

But I will fully support them all as they are working for Cardiff City

If they can step up and do a good job great, but I would rather coaching staff in place who have experience of working with senior pros at a good level, and say a specialist coach for both attack and defense along with goalkeeping coach. That's what we should have in place really if we are a club aiming for premier league.

Totally agree and it looks like a division 4 club set up.... Very amateur!,,
