What We Are Missing?

We are missing that great fighting team spirit that Wales are currently showing.
In fairness to Chris Coleman and the Welsh players they are fighting to grind out results. They are playing for each other. There is a great team unity and work ethic. Everyone is chipping in fighting for every ball.
It would be nice if Russell Slade can install the same type of spirit into the team. We need more fighters to make us tougher to beat.
