Annis it's only UK fans that have law's for pitch encroachment & flares ! That carry banning orders, Other fan's can do basically what they like its their federation that gets punished. Expect a fine or partial ground closure! :o

Allan, but what makes it worse is our British police stand by and watch them and let them do everything our fans get arrested for?

Yes that's more galling , problem is no one prepared to fight for us fan's about law's 20yrs old, police shouldn't get involved as no damage or assault takes place but it's a criminal offence to go on any playing surface during game no matter what sport being played! Doesn't exist in any other country!

That is not true, most of the time its the fans who simply accept the punishment rather than face many days in court, and the costs involved. If anyone needs support then they only have to contact me or Vince, The FSF has been supporting fans for many years. The fans who went onto the pitch were over excited and non threatening but still stupid for doing it and if they have to miss three games then so be it, it will serve as a warning to others, and seems a fair slap on the wrist by the FAW, however if it turns into a court case then they need to seek legal advice

Its free to join the FSF and the more members it has the stronger it becomes, currently membership stands at over 500,000

Facts are UK only country that has such law's, and legal advice doesn't stop ban once gets to court , May have 500k members but still won't change anything unless someone challenges such a unjust law! That's my point really, I now about trust just forgot

Nothing to do with the Trust mate, the Football supporters Federation has helped many fans and prevented many bans. Its up to the fans to seek advice if they get into trouble or just accept it, its their choice, but often costs and travelling back and fro court forces their hand and they simply accept it without even knowing their legal rights.
I have access to all the laws relating to football offences and you are right there are very many but until that changes we have to deal with it and that is what we try to do by employing someone full time to provide advice to fans free of charge.
