' Ravel Morrison it could be his last game '

West Ham co-owner David Sullivan claims troubled midfielder Ravel Morrison could have played his final game for the Hammers.

The England under-21 international is on loan at Championship side Cardiff until January but could extend that to the end of the season.

On and off field issues have plagued the youngster’s career so far, with Sir Alex Ferguson and now Sam Allardyce failing to keep him on the straight and now.

A third loan spell in three years is hardly representative of he playmakers true talent with Sir Alex claiming he was the most natural player he had seen since a young Paul Scholes.

Sullivan is getting fed up though and the 21-year-old is in the final year of his contract which is unlikely to be renewed if his attitude and form does not improve.

“The biggest disappointment is Ravel is such a talented individual,” Sullivan said in a Q&A with the Evening Standard.

“Thousands of kids would give anything to have his ability. Maybe the penny will drop eventually but his contract is up next summer.

“We all love him but we can’t do it all for him. He has to do it himself.”

Allardyce and Morrison have never seen eye-to-eye and so while Big Sam is in charge, it is unlikely the starlet will see much game time.
