Yes he was offered one last week, but would not sign it.
I think they have increased the offer.

Orients owner has stated that the managers job has not been offered to Nugent or anyone else, he also said that Nugent will carry on as he is and that he is not in any hurry to appoint a new manager at this time

They also said that Cardiff hadn't been in talks with Slade

Russel statement today on the Confusion surrounds Nugent’s future at Orient. Following their 2-1 defeat at home to Swindon, there was doubt cast over whether the 45-year-old had received an offer to become Orient’s new head coach or not. Sporting director Mauro Milanese has stated The O’s are in no rush to make an appointment.
