When are you at your happiest?

1. Watching a DVD with my 3 girls around me. While living abroad I missed out on Gavin and Stacy. I have now brought all their DVDs and working my way through them. My girls are loving it, so am I.

2. Putting my Cardiff top on and jumping in the car to watch the City play where ever they are.

3. Coming on Cardiff City message boards and seeing what other Bluebirds have to say.

i love fishing, fly on the river, stillwater and seafishing


meeting new mates thru footie and i must say friendships have bee formed that will last a lifetime


and i have my grandchildren, nearly 5 of them at the grand old age of f*cking 45


life is what you make it, make the most of it because before you know it, its gone

1 mountain biking going down the side off a mountain and scaring the life out of me.when i get to the bottom i feel alive.
2 beating up a bully used to give me a similar high infact it still does
3 plugging for bass nothing like the take its like wining baz up so ive heard

What simple things cause you pleasure? For me it is:-

1. Listening to music, a good quality tune can bring so much pleasure
2. Playing football, I have given up now but still get a massive buzz with a ball at my feet. Feel untouchable
3. Lifting weights, me v the weights, great buzz after a good session and better than any man made high in my opinion.

Where am i in that list then?????? c**t!!
