' The club has failed to submit '

Cardiff City Football Club (HOLDINGS) Limited have failed to submit the company's annual return (not accounts) on time.

The return was expected to be submitted by September 26th 2014 but as of October 5th the return shows as overdue on Companies House system.

The annual return (not accounts) show the list of directors at the club and all shareholders.

That's not important. I've never submitted one on time.

In fact it's only been on time once in the last 5 years.

Before that it was worse.

In 2007 it wasn't even put in until Feb 08.

Could be Carl but it does say the document submitted on 28/4/14 and filed on 3/7/14 relates to shareholders and capital. It also states the next AR is due in May 2015. The annual accounts are next due in February 2015 so they appear to be different.
