There looked to be an excellent understanding between ravel and Macheda against Sheffield Wednesday and Machedas movement was excellent and allowed ravel to find him constantly. We didn't have the movement with Jones upfront who should either have another striker alongside him or be dropped.
Dhaeli was also excellent against Sheffield Wednesday and seemed to raise his game once ravel came on.
For me, these 3 must start against forest and I think a 4-2-2-2 would work. I would line up like:
Marshall
Brayford manga Connolly Fabio
-- Gunnarson Adeyemi
--- Dhaeli Ravel
-- Macheda Guerra
Gunnarson and Adeyemi holding to give us a solid base, Brayford and Fabio getting forward whenever possible to provide width.

1-2-1-2-1-2-1 excluding Marshall.
This formation can rotate through 90 degrees to form a flat 1-2-1-2-1-2-1 or a spearhead 1-2-1-2-1-2-1 with a sweeper at either end of the pitch. whilst defending the team could hunt in packs of 1 or even 2 giving ultimate flexibility.
If Ole had been given one more game he was planning on using this to turn around our fortunes. He'd reinforce this with his staple post match comments of "we need to shoot more" and selecting the team via a combination of postal ballot, drawing straws and using those annoying buzzer things from Britain's got talent. He'd also planned ban all training as the team needed time to recover from the previous games as they were struggling for fitness. Trust me I'm ITK big time!
