How are we so unfit? And is it true...

How are we so unfit?

Also Is it true the players are allowed daily cooked breakfasts before training ?

That surely cant be good, TGI's in the evenings or wherever else they fancy even a few beers who knows certainly shouldn't be living a fans lifestyle on 100 grand plus a month in my view if they are clearly off the pace its an outcry!.

We have players being payed ridiculous amounts of money to win games lasting 90 minutes. whiles't people are fighting wars for as little as 350 pound a week lasting months at a time with no returns home.

They should be ashamed of themselves they've been given the chance millions of people dream of, whiles't people are starving and fighting wars and they can't even show a bit of heart of appreciation for either the club or the life they've been given.

Cooked breakfast is actually a healthy breakfast for an athlete - full of protein. I lift weights and eat loads of eggs and bacon for this very reason. Beats the Coco pops on the menu at the liberty anyway.

It can be good as part of a balanced diet but also not so good a full cooked breakfast ''most day's isn't great for shape although the protein content is reasonable but sausage & bacon isn't at all good neither white bread, hash brown or anything fried

they would be better off on 2 Sci mx shakes or any 2 protein shakes a day with a contained diet of lean foods, and high nutrition value.

That being said the club might implament it, I know some clubs do
