Our Prolific Strike Force

At the start of the season many Championship teams were envious of our prolific strike force and on paper it could be argued the best in the Division.
Jones, Guerra, Le Fondre, Macheda, Maynard.
To date we have scored 13 goals from 11 games ( not exactly prolific) with Jones getting 5 of those. Yes, the midfield have been misfiring causing problems for our defence and as a result management have to take some blame. Strikers are being consistently asked to play out of position to accommodate a 4-5-1 formation. A 4-4-2 seems like history. When was the last time Jones played with a striker alongside him?
Further more some more baffling decisions is why the classy Guerra has never managed 1 start, Le Fondre has not been played in his best position as an out and out striker but instead for an unknown reason both Mavheda and Maynard have been favoured. Maynard more by Ole and Macheda by both Ole and Young/ Gabby. In my eyes other than scoring 2 cup goals against Port Vale Mavheda has down nothing and has been hugely disappointing. He does not look fit. Maynard is not our best striker so why has Guerra and Le Fondre been overlooked? Really baffling and hence no wonder how we have only managed 11 goals from 13 games.
I would like to see Slade play Le Fondre or Guerra alongside Jones and lets see what we can do.

sounds like a good plan maybe slade has seen this and will take look at guerra as he looked class last time seen him play

I know people will say that the managers see what goes on in training but I am puzzled why a class striker like Guerra has not featured a lot more and Le Fondre has not had a run in his proven goal scoring position. Why have Macheda & Maynard been made favourites? Either way, it would be great to get a solid creative midfield and two playing up top knocking in a few more goals!
