IF A MANAGER SIGNS A PLAYER WHO

under performs and is sold on by the club at a loss he is a villain yet if a chairman signs a Manager who under performs he just gets rid and employs someone new and nothing more is said.....Why aren't chairmen held accountable for hiring poor managers?

You do realise Dalman is a rich man and is possible Tans best bet to selling the club too.

You do realise Dalman is a rich man and is possible Tans best bet to selling the club too.
Not sure of his wealth do you know what he is worth?

No idea although I don't think he would have much of a problem raising the money to buy Tan out.
If he is to take the reigns then I reckon it will be with a consortium of business men. That is his forte in life. I also think it will be the end of Michael Isaacs if he does take over which will be about the only decent think about it all.

its the manager who pays the salaries - if he hires a poor manager its his money on the line. if you are spending someone else's money you are under an extra obligation to make sure you are spending the money wisely.

its the manager who pays the salaries - if he hires a poor manager its his money on the line. if you are spending someone else's money you are under an extra obligation to make sure you are spending the money wisely.
